Profiles of the Associates

1- Mr. Nasir Khan B. Com., M. A. (Eco.) LL.B.

Mr. Nasir Khan started practice as an advocate in 1990, and joined the firm on the January 2002. Mr. Khan enrolled in the High Court in 1992. Before becoming an advocate, he was a businessman.

Mr. Khan has specialized in Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Rent Case, Family Laws, Corporate Laws, Succession matters and appeared before the District Courts, Commissioner of Income Tax (appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Mr. Khan was a part time legal advisor to N.D.F.C. between 1998 to 2000 prior to joining the firm Mr. Khan was affiliated with M.T. Siddiqui & Co., Advocates, Mr. Farhat Ali Khan Advocate, and Mr. Muqtada Karim, Advocate.

2- Mr. Mohammad Mehboob B.A., LL.B.

Mr. Mehboob completed his LL.B. in 1994 and has been associated with the firm since 1997.

Mr. Mehboob supervises the preparation and filing of all court documentation in the High Court. He also ensures compliance with the directions of the Court and handles miscellaneous Court work.

3- Mr. Abdul Hafeez B.A., LL.B.

Mr. Hafeez completed his LL.B. in 1995 and has been associated with the firm since 2005.

Mr. Hafeez conducts legal research for the firm in matters assigned to him, especially in relation to Constitution law and the Writ jurisdiction of the High Court. Procedural matters relating to civil suits filed by the firm are also delegated to him.

4. Mr. Azhar Shahzad B.A.

Mr. Shahzad completed his B.A. in 2005 and has been associated with the firm since 1999.

Mr. Shahzad is the personal assistant of Mr. Zain Sheikh and independently handles all office work in relation to applications for trademarks, copyrights, patents and industrial designs.

Mr. Shahzad also assists in preparing pleadings in Opposition and Rectification matters, relating to intellectual property rights and other civil litigation undertaken by the firm.
